Where We Ship

Synergy Gifts ships to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We are a small in-house workshop and every order is made here by us, so we do not currently offer international delivery. If you are outside the UK and would like to order, please email us at hello@synergygifts.co.uk and we will let you know if we can help.

Making Your Order

Almost everything we sell is made to order. Personalised items are printed, embroidered or engraved by hand here in our workshop, using the design you choose and the wording you type when you order.

There is no proofing or approval step to wait for. Your wording is produced exactly as you type it, so your production time starts from the moment you place your order. Please check your spelling, dates and capital letters carefully before you pay. Plain and undecorated stock items, such as our plain satin ribbons and craft blanks, are picked and packed straight away.

Dispatch Times

Plain stock items are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Personalised items are usually dispatched within 3 to 5 working days of your order. Large orders, corporate runs and busy seasonal periods such as Christmas and wedding season can take a little longer, and we will always tell you if that is the case.

Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude UK bank holidays.

Delivery and Charges

Delivery charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, based on the weight of your order and the delivery service you choose. We send parcels with Royal Mail and, for larger orders, by courier.

Once your parcel leaves us you will receive a dispatch email with tracking details where the service includes them. Royal Mail aims to deliver first class post within 1 to 2 working days and second class within 2 to 3 working days, although these are aims rather than guarantees.

Delays, Damage and Missing Parcels

We pack everything carefully, but once a parcel is with the carrier its progress is out of our hands. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@synergygifts.co.uk with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier for you.

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the item and email us within 48 hours of delivery so we can put it right.

Delivery Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before you place your order. We can only change an address before your order is dispatched, and for personalised items only before production has started, which on a personalised order is very soon after you buy. We cannot take responsibility for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
