There is no long back and forth here and no waiting on artwork. You pick the design you want, choose your font and your thread or print colour, and type the wording exactly as you would like it to read. That wording goes straight to the bench and your item is made exactly as you have typed it, which is how orders leave us in days rather than weeks. It does put the spelling, the dates and the capital letters in your hands, so please give the box one last read before you pay, because an unusual spelling is simply how we will make it. If you are not sure how a long name will sit on a small item, email us before you order and we will tell you honestly. Everything is then printed, stitched or engraved here in Winkleigh and packed by the people who made it.

Not everything here needs our name on it. We sell the same bags, backpacks, soft toys, aprons and acrylic shapes that we personalise, supplied completely plain for you to decorate yourself. They are chosen because they take embroidery, vinyl, print and sublimation cleanly, which is not true of every blank on the market. Every soft toy meets EN71 European toy safety standards, so you can sell what you make with confidence. Buy one to test the fabric or take a box for the season, we do not set a minimum. And if a job lands that is bigger than your machine, hand it back to us and we will decorate them for you.
