Choose your item, pick your font and your thread or print colour, and type the wording, names or dates exactly as you would like them to read. That wording goes straight to our bench and your item is made exactly as you have typed it, so there is nothing to wait for and nothing to approve. Please do give the box one last read before you pay, because the spelling and dates we receive are the ones we make.

No, and that is deliberate. Every design on the site is already set out and ready, so all you do is choose it, pick your font and colour and type your wording, and we make it exactly as you have written it. Cutting out the back and forth keeps the price sensible and gets your order out in days rather than weeks. It does mean the spelling, dates and capital letters are yours to check before you pay, so please read them through once more. If you are unsure how something will look on a particular item, email us at hello@synergygifts.co.uk before you order and we will tell you honestly.

Plain stock items such as ribbons and craft blanks usually leave us within 1 to 2 working days. Personalised items usually leave us within 3 to 5 working days of you placing your order. Christmas and wedding season are busier, so if you need something for a specific date please tell us before you order and we will confirm whether we can make it.

Not at the moment. We ship to UK addresses only. If you are outside the UK and there is something you would really like, email us at hello@synergygifts.co.uk and we will tell you honestly whether we can arrange it.

Delivery is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the service you choose, so you always see the cost before you pay. We send parcels with Royal Mail and use a courier for larger orders.

Personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty, damaged or do not match the wording you supplied, because they are made to your specification and cannot be resold. That includes spelling, so please check your wording carefully before you pay. Plain, undecorated stock items can be returned within 14 days if they are unused and in their original packaging. Email us at hello@synergygifts.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and its packaging. If the fault is ours, or the item does not match the wording you supplied, we will remake it or refund it in full, and we will cover the return postage.

Yes, and we would encourage it. For photo magnets and photo mugs, send the largest version of the file you have, straight from your phone or camera rather than downloaded from social media, because compressed images print soft. For business logos, a PNG with a transparent background or a vector file gives the sharpest result.

We do, and they are some of our favourite jobs. Branded ribbon for packaging, sashes for a hen party, magnets for a wedding, aprons for a cafe, we can produce all of it in quantity. Yes. Our craft blanks range is sold plain and undecorated for makers and small businesses, including bags, backpacks, soft toys, aprons and acrylic blanks. Everything in that range is chosen because it takes embroidery, vinyl, print and sublimation cleanly.

Yes. Every soft toy we stock complies with EN71 European toy safety regulations, and personalising one does not change that. They are embroidered or printed on a flat front panel so there is nothing added that a child could pull free.

Embroidered bags and toys can be surface washed or washed cool and left to dry naturally. Our mugs are dishwasher safe. Ribbon should be kept out of direct sunlight so the colours stay true. If you are unsure about a specific item, ask us and we will tell you exactly how to care for it.

We answer messages in the order they arrive and usually reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Messages sent over a weekend or a bank holiday are answered on the next working day.
