Made In Our Own Devon Workshop

Nothing here is drop shipped and nothing is ordered in finished. We hold the blanks, the ribbon and the machines ourselves in Winkleigh, so your order is printed, embroidered or engraved on our own benches and packed by the same people who made it. That is why we can take on a single keepsake and a five hundred metre run of branded ribbon in the same week. It also means that if something needs adjusting, you are talking to the person who will actually be doing it.

How Personalising Works

Pick the item you want, choose your font and your thread or print colour, and type the wording, names or dates you would like on it, uploading your photo or logo if the product takes one. What you type is what we make, set out to suit the item and produced exactly as you have written it, so there is no waiting on artwork to come back to you before anything can start. It does put the spelling, the dates and the capital letters in your hands, so please read the box through once more before you pay, because a name spelled an unusual way is simply how we will stitch or print it. Plain stock items are picked and packed within one to two working days, and personalised orders usually leave us within three to five working days of you placing the order. If you are working to a wedding date, a birthday or a trade deadline, tell us before you order and we will give you an honest answer about whether we can make it. And if you are not sure how a long name will sit on a small item, email us first and we will tell you what fits.
